Hired this company to finish our basement. We had about 1,000 sq ft unfinished and we added two bedrooms, a full bath, and a living area w/wet bar. By Design... read more did an amazing job with everything the first time. They were up front with a contract stating when payments were due and time line for completion. They minimized the amount of people going in and out of our home and the number of days where there would be a lot of pounding and banging. They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t break or damage any of our stuff (which was tricky because we had a lot of large materials and equipment going down a narrow stairway and into a small space.) They ended up finishing our basement a week ahead of schedule. Prices were fair and work was exceptional. They did it all from framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, hvac, carpet and paint. If you want someone that knows what they’re doing and is going to do the job right the first time I highly recommend By Design.
